After starting out as an
Economist with a large Bank, Stephen went on to run his own successful
Design Engineering Company. In 1993 he entered the Credit Industry,
initially through a debt purchasing company attaining the position of
Branch Manager before joining an offshoot of Coface on the direct
sales side in 1996. Stephen joined Rycroft as an Associate Partner in
early in 2003. |

In 1987 Mike started his Credit
Insurance industry career as an Account Executive for Euler. Two years
later he moved into broking and has worked in the roles of Sales
Director and Managing Director for two specialist brokers. Prior to
that Mike was an Export manager for a PLC in Birmingham. Mike joined
Rycroft as an Associate Partner in 2003. He has an honours degree in
Economics from University College, Cardiff. |

Mike started with ECGD (now
Atradius) in 1979 working at senior levels in both Claims and
Underwriting before achieving the position of Regional Director for
the North East. Since moving into Broking in 1985 he has held roles as
Director at specialist Brokers in Manchester and Leeds. Mike joined
Rycroft as an Associate Partner in 2003 and is a Member of both the
Institute of Credit Management and the Institute of Export. |

Alan first encountered Credit Insurance in the
1970's when he operated Credit Insurance policies for over 12 years
for two large Midland companies. Alan has spent a number of years
specialising in Export Credit Management working for 9 years with
Xerox in their Middle East and Africa operations. Prior to joining
Rycroft in 2004 he worked for 5 years for leading Credit Insurer
Coface UK in their Customer Support and Direct Sales operations. Alan
has a degree in Applied Economics and has been a member of the
Institute of Credit Management for over 20 years. |

With over 20 years
experience of Credit Insurance. Richard ran a Credit Insurance
policy for a large builders merchants for 3 years before joining
Euler for 7 years starting in claims. Then to a National Credit
Insurance broker for 4 years doing sales and service before joining
the insurer Coface for 5 years developing direct sales/service and
broker sales, then back into the broking market for the last 3 years |

Sue is based in
the South West and started out in credit insurance as a Major
Accounts Executive for Euler Hermes. Before joining Rycroft as
an Associate Partner, she was responsible for setting up and running
a successful credit insurance division for a large regional broker.
Sue believes in providing a tailored approach whilst focussing on
the clients’ objectives in order to achieve the right solution. |

A working-career as a dedicated
Insurance Broker is what makes Liz stand out from the crowd. Firstly
employed by a Corporate Broker where she reached Managerial status,
she then joined a large specialist Credit Company some seventeen years
ago reaching the position of Associate Director. Liz has been in her
current position here since joining Rycroft as Senior Accounts
Executive in 2000 and is responsible for a large portfolio and has
unequalled experience of all aspects of the credit insurance. |

Prior to joining Rycroft as
Account Executive in 2000 Sarah worked in sales for five years as a
National Sales Executive for a large IT company. She now uses her
wealth of experience in all aspects of Credit Insurance at Rycroft
where she is responsible for a large portfolio of our clients.

Elaine started out as a credit
controller for a well-known computer company before moving into
Commercial Management for a 10-year period firstly for Notts County
Football Club and then for Warwickshire County Cricket Club. Elaine
joined Rycroft in 2002 and is presently responsible not only for
credit limits but also servicing of a growing portfolio of clients.

Since starting out as a Credit
Controller in London for a Medical Supplies Company, Teresa has
amassed considerable experience in the Credit Industry. She went on to
work as a Credit Manager for a major Engineering company for five
years, which included hands on experience of Credit Insurance
policies. Teresa's main responsibility is for Claims where she has
acquired substantial experience since joining Rycroft - for the
benefit of all our clients. |
